1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account with MapleWager, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Responsible Gambling Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 19 years of age and physically located in Canada at the time of play. MapleWager reserves the right to verify your identity, age, and location at any time. Accounts found to be in violation will be suspended.
3. Account Registration
You may hold only one (1) account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All transactions are processed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Minimum deposit is $10 CAD. Withdrawals require completion of KYC verification. MapleWager does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your financial institution may apply charges.
5. Betting Rules
All wagers are final once confirmed. MapleWager reserves the right to void bets in cases of technical error, data feed failure, or violation of these Terms. Winnings from void bets will not be credited. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed.
6. Responsible Gambling

7. Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly prohibited: use of automated betting software or bots; collusion; match-fixing; creating multiple accounts; using the platform for money laundering. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on maplewager.com, including logos, graphics, and software, is the property of MapleWager Canada Ltd. and is protected by Canadian copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
MapleWager is not liable for any loss of profits, data, or indirect damages arising from use of the platform to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with AGLC/AiGC complaint procedures.
